Q: HOW DO I GET NOTIFICATIONS AND LINKS TO THE EPISODES AS THEY AIR?
It's a great idea to be signed up for notifications. That way you'll never risk missing an episode.
The ideal way is via Facebook Messenger since email is such a busy place. Click the link below to get set up for notifications:
If you prefer email, all you have to do is fill your email address at the link below and we'll drop you a line when the next episode is available.
That said, email providers have made it tough to get notifications through sometimes. We'd recommend the TEXT or MESSENGER options above and remember to add info@timeofthesixthsun.com to your safe-senders list.
Q: I'M HAVING TOUBLE GETTING THE VIDEO TO PLAY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
1. Download Google Chrome for your device and try to watch it on Chrome - this pretty much works EVERY time - click here
1. The fastest way is to reboot your device. Either restart it, or power down and power back up again. Usually this fixes issues.2. First, try a hard refresh. If you have a PC, please press (at the same time) CTRL + SHIFT + R. If you're on a Mac, please press (at the same time) Command + SHIFT + R.
3. It you're using Internet Explorer, please make sure you have the latest version downloaded and installed. I.E. 6.0 is not supported by many websites.
4. Try a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox.
5. Check your internet connection. As we're streaming you need a good connections. You might want to plug in an ethernet cable.
6. You may need to update your flash player. Here's where you can do that:
7. Make sure your sound is on and turned all the way up. Also make sure you haven't muted the video in the browser window.
8. Make sure the date and time are correct.
Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WATCH ?

Q: WHY WERE THE EPISODES UP FOR ONLY 24 HOURS?
The episodes are only 44 - 86 minutes long and each one will be up for 24 hours before being replaced. That way people watch them. If we leave them all up all the time, less people will watch as there's too much choice.
CAN I PURCHASE ONLY PARTS OF THE PACKAGE PLEASE?
Thank you for your interest in our series, currently only the full packages are available as we promised the participants that we would only release all the material as one. There is so much material to absorb, it makes sense to do it this way to show everyone's contribution fully.
