Q: WHY ARE THE EPISODES UP FOR ONLY 30 HOURS?
Each part of the series will be aired for 30 hours before being replaced. Based on the learnings of previous launches if we make the entire series available for the whole the time, having access to so much content at once is overwhelming and less people ended up accessing the amazing knowledge imparted by the speakers.
Q: I'M HAVING TOUBLE GETTING THE VIDEO TO PLAY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
1. Download Google Chrome for your device and try to watch it on Chrome - this pretty much works EVERY time - click here
2. If you're anti-Chrome then the fastest way is to reboot your device by either restarting it, or power down and power back up again. Usually this fixes issues.3. First, try a hard refresh. If you have a PC, please press (at the same time) CTRL + SHIFT + R. If you're on a Mac, please press (at the same time) Command + SHIFT + R.
4. Try a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox.
5. Check your internet connection. As we're streaming you need a strong internet connection.
